NELI (Nuffield Early Language Intervention)
What is NELI?
NELI is a programme for children in Reception (4-5 years) which has been found to improve children’s language and early literacy skills. This is delivered 3 times a week to all Reception pupils throughout the school year.
Young Leaders Award (Archbishop of York Youth Trust)
What is the KS1 YLA?
The KS1 Award gives pupils an opportunity to consider the needs of their local community and build habits of helping others.
The Award has strong links to SMSC, British Values, PSHE, Character Education, Citizenship and RE.
It grows the characteristics of Kindness, Perseverance, Teamwork and Action
